Shipping policy

Domestic and expedited shipping costs. You will have several shipping options to choose from at checkout.

Processing times. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when their order has shipped. During sales and in rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our warehouse that result in shipping delays of up to five business days.

International shipping costs and information. We currently ship most items to the following countries: Canada and U.K. If you live in Canada or the U.K. and would like to place an order for a dog bed, please email us your order at assist@furb.com.
